CURVENV - The Designer Lingerie & Swimwear Show

THE PLACE TO BE FOR LINGERIE AND SWIM

 

 

CURVENV which burst onto the scene this past February is returning to Las Vegas during Fashion Week to present the Spring-Summer 2008 collections. In addition to women’s lingerie, men’s underwear, daywear, sleep- and loungewear, the new beachwear and swimwear 2008 collections will also be showcased.

CURVENV will occupy 40,000 sq. feet on the main floor of the Venetian Hotel, a high traffic area and strategic location connected to Magic by shuttles at all times.

For its second session in Las Vegas, CURVENV has assembled an international and domestic pool of powerful and classy brands, renowned intimate apparel brands and swimwear specialists (131 as of today).
Among the foundations specialists, Wacoal, Le Mystère, Felina, DKNY Underwear, Vera Wang, Panache, Rampage, Elita will be present.
Fashion-driven brands with a wide distribution will include: Cosabella, Hanky Panky, Spanx, Free People, Diesel among others.
Sleepwear heavy-hitters, Louis Féraud, Kenan, Claire Pettibone, Mary Green, Munki Munki, Arobatherapy will be present.
Men’s underwear will include: Diesel, Mansilk, Derek Rose, Gregg Homme, Giulio, Parah, Roesch, T, Verdissima, Y & Co.
In the swimwear category, Aqualara, Panache, Cosabella will soon be joined with more. A special category will include maternity wear, shapewear, accessories.

CURVENV’s goal is to provide balanced offerings in terms of prices, provenance, style, categories to help retailers select the winning combination for their local market.

CURVENV brings to the West a sophisticated and much-needed format where buyers can in three productive days cover all their purchasing needs. 140.000 buyers are estimated to shop Las Vegas during Fashion Week. 50% of intimate apparel buyers are also in the market for swimwear.

 

 

An intensive marketing campaign has been planned for the three coming months and will target in particular swimwear buyers in department stores, on-line stores, specialty stores and women fashion stores that are magnets for fashionistas in their local and regional markets.

Wear? Canada! the Canadian association of apparel manufacturers is the new sponsor of CURVENV this season. Canada will be represented by twenty brands known for their expertise and quality of services: Aqualara, B.B Curves, Body Wrap, Bra Bag, Donna Lingerie, Hanna, Elita, Frou-Frou Designs, Giovanni D’Amico, Gregg Homme, Jessica Simpson, La Cosa, Kenan, Montelle Intimates, Smart Ass, Solution Cami, The Natural, V.I.P, V.P.M, Volage.

A series of seminars, events/services, specially conceived for buyers, is planned during the show. Visitors can expect a high level of professionalism on the floor, quality of services and amenities to simplify their task and make their visit a memorable one.

will open its doors on August 27 at 9:00am and
close on August 29 at 5:00pm.
Opening hours are:
9:00am-6:00pm on Monday and Tuesday, 27.& 28.August
9:00am-5:00pm on Wednesday, 29.August
